What should It improve?:
"Mejor Servicio al cliente. Muy Mal servicio. The service was terrible. We were not allowed to check in until 4 pm. We were originally told we could check it at 3 pm, then when told 4 pm. However upon check out, the people were 5 minutes early to get us out. Simply TERRIBLE!!!1 We not only had to wait for the room until 4 pm, but we given keys which had no access, then had to go back again to the counter. The view to the ocean was also terrible. The view was to another hotel in the back. Any Poolside view at a cheaper rate would have been better. This was a very bad service experience. Totally Unsatisified."

"bad cleaning and fumigation system. the hotel staff tell us that for using a travel agency could not respect the requirement of two separate beds. they forced to sleep two of my partners in the same bed"

"Yo recomendaria un buen trio o un dueto tocando en vivo musica tradicional o típica mexicana durante el desayuno."

"Remodelar sus instlaciones, sobre todo la alberca que tiene partes muy sucias, poner mas sombrillas en la parte de la playa"
