Where do I want to stay?

Once you have decided on your destination in Mexico you can check the hotels offered in the destination by the Hotel search. Choose the hotel of your preference and then click the rates button. Choose the type of room, click the book button, fill out the information form, print your voucher and begin to enjoy a best vacation.

What if the hotel I want isn't available?

You can check the availability calendar of the rates page where you will find when the room will be available. Contact us with the Live Person button for personalize requests.

How do I book Tours?

Click on to Tours search of the page and you may search according to destination or type of tour or activity. When you find the tour you want, fill the information required and click the book button, fill out the form and print your voucher. Our Tours section is under construction and currently we only have tours available from Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Please keep checking as we expect to be adding activities in other destinations shortly. For any doubt or problem making your reservation please click the Live Person button and one of our agents will attend you.

How do I arrange Airport Transportation?

Click on to Airport Transfer Search.Once you find the transportation you need click the book button, fill out the personal information form and print your voucher. Currently we only offer transportation in Cancun and Playa del Carmen but we expect to add other destinations shortly. Please keep checking back with us.

For each service purchased you must print a voucher which must be presented in the destination upon your arrival in order to receive the services. The voucher guarantees that your service has been paid to Vallarta.com and you do not have to pay for the service. Hotel Accommodations must be presented upon arrival to the front desk, Airport Transportation upon arrival in the airport and tours to a vallarta.comrepresentative in a scheduled appointment. If you have lost or misplaced your voucher upon arrival please contact us or have the hotel contact us and a replacement voucher will be faxed to your hotel.

How do I know you received by reservation?

You will be contacted by a vallarta.com reservationist by e-mail to reconfirm the information provided. We will ask that you reconfirm the dates, number of nights and services requested. If an error was made at the time that you submitted your reservation you may correct it at this time. We do ask that you respond either way.

What do I do upon arrival to my destination?

Upon your arrival to your hotel you must present the Hotel Voucher or Coupon which you printed from our system. This Voucher guarantees that you have paid Vallarta.com for your accommodations and vallarta.com will pay the hotel. You are only responsible for any extras or room charges made during your stay. If you have forgotten your coupon or lost it during your travels please contact us or have the hotel contact us so we may send a new voucher by fax. If you purchased tours you will be contacted by a Vallarta.com representative for an appointment. You must present the voucher for the Tours purchased to the vallarta.com representative and he will provide you with an official boarding pass for the tour. Airport Transportation vouchers must be presented in the airport upon arrival to the Vallarta.com Representative waiting to take you to your hotel.
